I have taught private cello, violin, & piano lessons in the Milwaukee, Germantown and Racine Wisconsin area for over 30 years. My husband & I recently relocated to the Riverview, Florida area. I use a traditional approach, but also incorporate many styles including Suzuki, worship, gospel, jazz, and classical.
I teach children, beginners through intermediate. My lesson fee is $25 per half an hour, weekly lesson is taught out of my home in Riverview, Florida. Also, I am very homeschool family friendly.

Kim taught piano lesson to my 11 year old daughter for about a year. During that time of teaching, my daughter learned many great skills and was able to play several songs. Mrs. Garcia has such a beautiful love for music and displays that passion when teaching, which helps her students value it as well. It was truly a pleasure having my daughter take piano lessons from her.

I am pleased to have the opportunity to rate my experience with Kim Garcia! I have two children (ages 14 & 10) taking piano lessons from her. Not only is she a gifted musician, she is also a gifted teacher! She does a wonderful job of connecting with young students and inspiring them to achieve more than they thought they could. Kim is an excellent instructor. She takes time to get to know her students. By getting to know them she is able to create a lesson experience that best suits their learning style while pushing them to excellence. She communicates clearly and is punctual. Highly recommend!
