Steph is a great yoga instructor! Before starting her class, she asked what we would like to focus on and has really tailored the classes to our needs. Every class we focus on a different area, or learn a new stretch or pose. The variation keeps the classes fun and fresh and always has me counting down the days until the next week! Steph also has a great selection of music!! I am newer to practicing yoga and Steph has definitely inspired me to continue being a "yogi" :)

I specialize in Vinyasa Yoga and offer lessons for the beginner and intermediate practitioners in the privacy of their homes. Vinyasa Yoga gives you an added cardiovascular benefit; increases muscle strength, endurance and flexibility; and reduces levels of stress.
