Melissa went out of her way to regularly visit the company location where I work to teach Yoga to a group over our lunch hour. Most of the participants were new to Yoga. The improved posture, increased flexibility along with the stretching, breathing and relaxing techniques and benefits of Yoga are still with me. I believe it is by far the best possible way to relieve stress and gain a feeling of total overall wellness. Thank you, Melissa.

Steph is a great yoga instructor! Before starting her class, she asked what we would like to focus on and has really tailored the classes to our needs. Every class we focus on a different area, or learn a new stretch or pose. The variation keeps the classes fun and fresh and always has me counting down the days until the next week! Steph also has a great selection of music!! I am newer to practicing yoga and Steph has definitely inspired me to continue being a "yogi" :)

I have been working out for more than 20 years now, but working out and following principles taught by Dimple not only have got me more aware of myself and helped me find true meaning and benefits of yoga in between a competitive work environment of IT. Dimple is by far of the best teacher and a friend for helping one achieve their physical and spiritual goals. Thank you Dimple.

About

I am a yoga teacher who teaches both private and group classes. I received my training at Yogasylum in Brookfield, WI, and I'm registered with Yogaalliance as a RYT-200. I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter what your abilities are, and I feel it is excellent for a mind and body connection. I enjoy teaching beginners, and I will work with your goals, whether it's an introduction to yoga, working on posture breakdown, building tight muscles, or a runner/bicyclist looking to work on hip or shoulder openers. I also work as a surgical technologist in an orthopedic and sports medicine surgery center, so I have in-depth knowledge of anatomy and possible injuries. If you are just starting out, don't be intimidated by thinking you have to do crazy pretzel poses! Everyone's anatomy is different, and I teach to listen and work with your body. Nancy

About

Most people think of wellness in the sense of the physical body. Our bodies are our foundation, and an integral part of wellness. However, wellness can also apply to the social, financial, intellectual, emotional, environmental, and spiritual arenas. Whether you only want to focus on one area of wellness or multiple areas, I create an individualized program for you, based on the goals you choose to work on.
