Dunn Right did an average job. We asked for a move-in cleaning, anticipating we were going to receive an entire house clean (bathrooms, kitchen, windows, floors, walls, etc.) and were willing to pay for it. Dunn Right quoted us at about 1/2 of what a local cleaning company did, so we went with them; however they apparently quoted us for a 4 hour cleaning with the understanding that they would get as much done in that time frame as possible. So, we were shopping for a job to get done completely, Dunn Right quoted us for work to be done in a certain time frame. Had I known that from the start, we probably would have gone with another company and paid more just so we could get the whole job done.
Also, when the employee arrived, she wanted to go over what we wanted clean, which was strange to me since 1) she is the professional; 2) we paid for a move in cleaning; and 3) my wife had already gone over it with her on the phone a few weeks prior when we scheduled the cleaning.
She stayed 4.5 hours, worked hard during that time, and had a reasonable rate. So, I would recommend Dunn Right for general/regular cleaning, but not for move-in/out cleaning.

Thank you for the feed back, however as i arrived and went on walk through before starting tge job i re asked for anything specefic the husband may have verses the wife just to meet needs of both. I did complete the job as diiscussed in the time frame discussed. just took a extra half hour which is reasonable. I do appreciate good & bad feed bavk to continue to inprove & grow. I have been doing clean in & outs for many years and do what is asked. In thus case tge baseboards, light fixtures, windows, cuboards inside & out, appliances etc. Walls to be washed i specifically asked and was told no they are just fine in both prior conversation & at time if meeting.
