Latest Review: My trainer, Greg Herceg, is great. He motivates me to keep going even when I think I can't anymore. When I first started I was weak and not confident in myself. Greg was supportive with my goals, he wrote up a plan, despite my pain issues, and we started nailing it. He pushes you but not in a mean name calling way, just a simple way that makes me come back every week to work with him. He is knowledgeable in exercise, training and nutrition and 26 lbs and 8 inches later I feel great again. He answers questions, even off the clock, helps when it's needed and is very flexible with his schedule. I am where I am today because if the way he makes me feel about my body again. Thank you Greg!
