- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you connect with my work and want to move forward with things, I ask that we meet in person or over the phone to ask each other questions and go from there. I'm honestly a little picky about who I choose to work with and this is for two reasons. One, because I feel that every couple deserves a wedding photographer who is the perfect match for them; no two photographers are alike. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to capture your love and commitment so you want to be sure your wedding photographer "gets" you and can capture the day as you want to remember it. Secondly, I believe in passion and made a decision very early on to follow that in my life and in my work. It's the thing that makes life worth living and I feel most useful when I'm working with other people who value this, too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have invested $55,000+ in my education and equipment over the past 6 years and am always looking for new ways to improve my skills, productivity and customer service.
