Erika was such a sweetheart! She responded promptly and kept in touch with me up until my appointment day. I was such a nervous bride and this was my first time getting my makeup done. I wish that I could have chosen all five items. Erika was amazing. I have never hired someone through Thumbtack before, so I was afraid of the job falling through and then having to cancel my pictures. She was right on time and came with A TON of stuff. Good conversation, very pleasant, and overall just a joy to have in my home helping me get ready for my pictures. I got really picky with my lips and she helped me pick out a few different shades until I found out that worked for me. I would definitely hire her again!

This was an amazing experience. I am a sometimes crossdresser that has never had my make up professionally done. My wife ( a female) and I had Erika do both of our make ups. Erika was so nice, personable, laid back and professional. She was right on time and had an incredible selection of make up. Her work was beyond incredible. My wife was stunned as to my transformation and she could not get enough photos of her make up as well. It was so much fun and Erika felt just like family. I know this is probably not the average situation but it she can make me look this good she can make you look amazingly stunning :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on my skills, time and effort I put in to each and one of my clients. I’m using high end makeup on every client of mine. Not only is it high end but I make sure I’m using either vegan or cruelty free products as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It takes me about 45 minutes for a simple to natural makeup….. 45/60 minutes for a more smoked out glam… an hour and 20/25 minutes for a more dramatic look (heavy/full coverage,glitter,cut crease) an hour and 40 to 2 hours for drag makeup and Halloween makeup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eyelash extensions licensed, safe procedures certified. Certified makeup artist
