My experience with Lynn was great. My 40th birthday was one to remembered more than I can imagine. People though they was at the wrong Venue the way it was decorated so beautifully. I hired Lynn and her team to decorate the reception venue for my wedding on May 16, 2015. From the first phone call that I had with her, she was extremely professional, detailed, and helpful. Je T'aime went above and beyond what I originally asked them to do, adding beautiful touches that really made our decorations pop. They did all of the set up and came back at the end of the night to do the tear down of all things decor related. Je T'aime did an amazing job and I am so glad that they were such a big part of my day. Using this service was a Godsend!!! There's enough stress alone getting married, These Je T'aime made it very easy for us. Their attention to what we wanted was incredible, Having periodical sit down meetings ensured accuracy in the planned details, And avoided any last minute problems. For those on a budget, This is the way to go!! There was simply no worry, They went above and beyond for our special day. Whether it was set-up at the Church, Or at the reception It was handled perfectly, Without having to check on various details, When they say Don't Worry, It's done, They mean it!! Besides the decoration aspect, These two Lady's showed compassion and understanding with simple conversation to help alleviate the stress and got us thru the Big event!! That says a lot. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have several standard packages based on the event type and the number of expected guests. From there we can added any extra services or products that may be needed. Every package includes Planning, Coordination, and Decoration. Or, if it fits your budget better, you can buy/rent services and products as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we give them a flat quote for what they think they want and need. Then, we hold a consultation where we determine what their vision for their event is and how much they actually have to make that vision a reality. From that information we develop a plan to provide that look within THEIR budget. So, when you get a quote from us, don't stop there; even if it seems completely out of your budget. Give us a call and schedule a consultation. It's free and you're under no obligation to hire us. We will work with you to fulfill your vision within your budget. The earlier you come to us the better we can accommodate your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We attend as many classes and demonstrations on the latest floral systems and current trends for special events. We are currently involved in an on-line training program for draping and backdrops.
