I love my new garage floor. A wonderful company to work with. I would highly recommend them for your project.Aug 7, 2018
I was skeptical about how good of a job would be done on my garage floor because I am a bit of a perfectionist about everything and that is why I don't ever have very high expectations about anything. I was very surprised by the professionalism and quality of workmanship performed by the 3 Black Rhino installers. They surprised me by how hard they worked to get everything right. I am very pleased with the garage floor.Jul 26, 2018Black Rhino FLoors LLC's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For residential garage or basement floors our pricing includes the following: We offer a 5% discount for military and seniors 1. If the surface is really pitted or cracked and we need to resurface it the range is $.50 - $2.25 sq ft 2. The flake floor is $4.50 - $6.00 sq ft depending on the size of the space and the top coat we apply. Polyaspartic is the most durable top coat and it's $1.00 more than an epoxy top coat but it's 4-6 times more abrasion resistant and durable. Polyaspartic is hot tire, salt, oil, chemical and UV resistant .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We spend time on the phone talking through the project, providing some budget / estimate pricing and if the customer likes what they hear, we schedule an appointment to meet at their location. For garage floors; we measure, moisture test, answer any questions and walk them through our color options. We then develop a formal proposal for them to review. Once they accept, they will remit a 30% deposit and we will schedule the work
