FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the issue. I do not want to quote a customer and then find out its a worse issue then what they described I would be out on my time and labor since I quoted them a price I am a man of my word what I tell a customer what it would cost is what I charge them so to be exact on a quote I like to look at the pc and see whats going on so I know how to diagnose it am very fair and honest and never charge more unless there is more of an issue that arises
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They explain to me the issue. I explain to them the steps and what procedures it takes to repair it. I quote them the exact same price as a estimate of what the final charge will be. I do not hide anything and I am very honest. I also tell them how long it will take to fix depending on my work load for that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
no I do not I went through school to get my certifications and through time and experience I have lots of knowledge and from same issues arriving with pc's I remember how to fix them or diagnose them I learned how to fix tablets and phones completely by myself. It took a lot of trial and error, but eventually I got really good at it and now offer it as one of my services.
