What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a recent graduate from one of the top personal training programs, the NASM, I work with my fitness coach every week, which provides me with a wealth of knowledge and know how, and I am a student at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which will further my knowledge on the nutrition piece of my profession which is a bigger piece of the pie then the workouts.
