- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on many variables and what services we are being asked to provided. For instance our Integrated Marketing Strategy is scalable allowing us to fine tune budgets for each customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At it's most basic level, I have an initial discussion to learn more about their business, service or product offerings. If there is a fit, a more detailed discovery conversation takes place to learn more to learn about any challenges and develop initial goals. After that stage, a scope is determined and a proposal is provided. The rest of the process varies dramatically, depending on the services to be rendered. In general, there will be incremental steps and phases to ensure we are staying within scope and budget.
