Introduction: I have worked as an independent management consultant for the past 7 years. During this time, I've also assisted with marketing and promotional campaigns. Increasing sales and revenue is always my focus, which more often than not means decreasing input costs. During this time also, I started doing private security for individuals and businesses. For retail businesses, I posed as a secret shopper. Thus allowed me to also learn the "in and outs" of bar, taverns and clubs for which l not not only did security, but picked the trade of bartending. In between jobs, I have done remodeling and restoration of old houses and historic buildings.
