I spoke to her for less than 5 minutes & asked for a refund. She wouldn't refund the full amount & instead refunded me $13. Not very professional. I should have disputed the transaction.

She paid for her reading. she was aware in advance the price & that she could have a half hour reading for the fee. She asked 1 question, I offered to continue reading, to answer any other questions or to help her find a positive way to work with the answer I gave, she refused & asked for a refund. I did professionally back the offer as stated in the quote. I feel that refunding 1/2 of the monies quoted was more than fair. I hope she finds what she is looking for.
