This company is amazing! Konrad was my trainer for 5 months and he challenge me to work hard and change my eating habits, and because of him I feel amazing with the transformation of my body. Now im training with Peter and hes also amazing he makes our work out a lot of fun and he is able to work around my schedule. I never kick boxed before but since Pete has introduced me to kick boxing its my favorite work out and ive noticed great results from it! I really recommend either Peter or Konrad they are both intelligent men who will both push you to amazing results!
A gym Danny was previously employed at paired me up with him as my trainer. I signed up there after spending two years at a boxing gym. My goal at the time was to incorporate more strength training into my routine, but continue boxing from time to time as that is a workout I truly enjoy. Ive been training with Danny now for almost a year. Prior to working with him, I had a lot of mixed feelings about working with a Personal Trainer. I no longer feel that way. Ive done strength training, boxing, kickboxing, and circuits with Danny. He continues to help me break bad habits I developed from my previous boxing gym. Im never bored with my PT sessions, I actually look forward to them and that is very important if youre just starting off making a lifestyle change, or continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In June 2015, Danny put me up to a challenge to lose 6 lbs before my next weigh in with him, and with hard work and determination, I lost 8 lbs that month! This was after bouncing around the same weight for the past few years. This gave me the motivation to participate in a 90 day challenge at my gym, which led to me getting back down to my High School weight from 20 years ago. I highly recommend Danny has a trainer. His work with clients isnt just a job to him, its a passion. He brings a lot of experience and expertise; he has an awesome personality, is extremely positive, and wants to help you succeed.
Josh is a great coach. He knows each athlete's strengths, weakness and does a great job focusing on developing technique to avoid injuries. Almost every day he checks in to make sure everything feels ok. He is 100% attentive and knows his stuff!
I don't even know where to begin, really. The best thing I can say about Angelica is that she *listens*. During our initial consultation she asked me questions about my fitness goals, what kinds of physical activities I enjoy, my lifestyle, personality, etc. all to cater to me and my needs. From the get-go I could tell that she took all of these things into consideration when planning our workouts. Boxing, swimming, strength training, stretching/yoga/pilates, high-intensity interval training, general cardio... she mixes it up so I'm never bored and always challenged. For those who need a consistent workout, I've heard she's great at creating workouts for people who like routine as well. There's the perfect balance between fun and getting your butt kicked. We've been working together for a little over a year. I saw results right away, and what's more, I've been able to maintain. She guides you toward a healthy regimen that fits your lifestyle. Angelica listens with a genuine interest. Beyond being a trainer, she turns into your nutritionist, coach, therapist, confidant, and your greatest advocate. She supports you through your most challenging times and celebrates all of your victories. My Trainer Tony Wuebker is amazing. I've been training with him since 2008. He has seen me at my all time high (which was 400 lbs) and was a HUGE part of my weight loss. He trained me before I had bariatric surgery helping me lose about 75 lbs pre surgery. Thru it all I have lost over 230 lbs. My body is unique in a few ways and Tony accommodated and modified my workouts to adjust to that and still helped me be successful. He holds you accountable and is very supportive. His workouts at Crosskick are like no other. Intense and exciting. No day is ever the same which I absolutely love. From arm day to legs to boxing and Core. To boot camps and days outside flipping tractor tires and swinging ropes. It's the best workout I've ever had. I honestly credit Tony to a lot of my success. Having someone supportive to help with the physical part and teach you the nutrition part is crucial to success. For those looking to train not even for weight loss HE IS YOUR GUY! I love my Personal Trainer, Brian. I am VERY particular about Trainers. I always pick one by watching them work with their clients. I assess the results of their clients and their own personal results. A Trainer needs to look like a trainer. Brian is one of the best. He is not a chatter box. He is quietly effective and he means business. He focuses on your form, pushes you tirelessly, changes the workout constantly to confuse my body, and has helped me become more stable (I used to trip and fall all the time, weird, I know). My results have been the best testimonial. I have lost 30 pounds and 6 inches around the waist with Brian. My whole body has trimmed down. My whole goal was to have a more lean body, not buff or overly muscular. He tailors my workout for my needs. It is funny, because I get asked about my Trainer every few days. He truly is the best. I can't say enough things about him. I hired Brian 3 years ago. It's one of the best gifts I have given to myself. I go to him 3 times a week, which I recommend.
Jessica is a great group fitness instructor. Her kick boxing class is one of my favorites. She always does new things and is very helpful with teaching how to do everything. She plays great music and always makes your workout fun! You can tell she is passionate about her job!
I contacted Lamar because me and my wife were getting married and wanted to lose some weight and gain some muscle. We both hate working out and rarely have time to do so.
