Becky S. says, "I was in a bit of a panic when I reached out to Jeff. I had just noticed a plumber hired earlier in the day did not “complete” my faucet install. If I HAD checked his work before he left, I would have seen the new drain/stopper unit pieces still in the box. It was now past 8pm, yet Jeff offered to come out right then and there to fix it, at no charge, saying it would take just minutes to complete. I was blown away by his kindness and desire to help ME, just a stranger. We talked further and “customized” a project for the following day, to include a toilet replacement/install as well. He gave me a VERY good quote, which I didn’t fully realize until after we hung up, where I saw quotes/comments from other pros familiar with where I live… what Jeff did NOT know is that he would have to take a 100lb + 1-pc boxed toilet out of my trunk, carry it across my parking lot, down a steep grassy hill, in the rain, into my unit, and finally up a VERY tight metal spiral staircase… only to spend the next 4 hours working in a 5.5 x 5 ft bathroom… all I can say is that Jeff is not only a talented plumber (with super-human strength!), and an amazingly kind and decent human being- the guy can do it ALL. Some neighbors, my mom, and even the Board President of my condo complex have already requested some of his multi-faceted services for future projects. Jeff has several years of experience in the trades and a diverse set of skills - yet his motivation truly seems to be helping and pleasing. We both know that I should have paid him double what I did, but he wouldn’t even take my pathetic “tip” - $53 in Menards rebate receipts. I had to shove them in his tool bag when he wasn’t looking. His work definitely speaks for itself. But I hope this review will prove his character. :)"See more
