Had them clean our newly remodeled home after construction. They responded immediately, gave me a price over the phone, fit me in to their schedule in exactly the time frame I needed. They showed up early, exicuted exactly as discussed, were sweet as can be, and stuck to the price he originally quoted. What else can you ask for.

I had a great experience with A3 Cleaning Service. In the bedroom: they cleaned up the bed and took care of the cat hair concentrated in certain areas where she sleeps. In the bathroom, great job overall but the faucets and drains shined in ways I didn't know were possible. Kitchen: all the appliances are looking great, even the toaster! Edit: just to be clear, they did a great job cleaning every part of the house (other than a couple rooms that I asked them to ignore), but the points above are just a few examples of things that I personally felt were above and beyond. Great work all around. I look forward to scheduling a regular visit.

This was our first time working with this company. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that needed a deep cleaning. The two ladies who showed up (Maria and Norma) were very friendly and punctual. They immediately got right to work. They cleaned EVERYTHING! They worked really hard and found every speck of dirt. They dusted everything, cleaned the windows, wiped down all woodwork, cleaned vents, all the high spaces, etc, etc I couldn't believe how thorough they were. We will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

I have zero complaints about the cleaning service—my house is spotless, and the ladies did a phenomenal job! I had asked for a deep clean to be completed before I returned from vacation. I was quoted $425 for what would be a 3.5-4 hour service, to begin at 9am. They left for lunch at 12:15 and didn’t return to my home to finish until 4. The job wasn’t complete until 7:15, well after we’d returned and needed to unpack. Apparently they got a flat at lunch, but I received no communication about this until I asked for a progress check shortly before I arrived home. And 3+ hours seems a long time to deal with that. Regardless, I would have appreciated upfront communication and maybe an offer of a discount or future service discount, especially since I asked that they skip two rooms due to the late hour. When I asked for this, I was offered $25 off. Again, the work done was absolutely stellar. If the issue had been communicated in a clearer, more up front manner, it would have been less frustrating.

We like to get to know our clients and know in detail what their needs are, what concerns them about the cleanliness of their home or business, what are the areas that they consider need more attention so that our team can work on it. The first thing we suggest to our future clients is a deep cleaning, especially to be able to detail absolutely every space that is necessary, after that we handle standard cleanings to be able to maintain the cleanliness.

We are a team with more than 5 years of experience, we work with all types of businesses and we have done all types of cleaning. We have training for the handling of cleaning chemicals, handling of colors of rags for each area. We have a quality team that supervises us at all times, so we can provide excellent services.
