Jennifer was amazing I got 3 different drafts for my ceremony and I wanted a little bit of everything and she made it happened. The day of rehearsal I didn't know what to do and she was able to me a little bit of a wedding planner as well I loved it. My ceremony was amazing thank you for everything.
Meg was PHENOMENAL! I could tell from the very first day I dpoke with Her about how I invisioned my wedding day to look, that she was the officiant for us!! Church had to set up with decorations for a wedding which was done and Marvalous job she did... Then she had to decorate the hall which they only Gave her an hour... And with that hour she worked her magic and did a BEE TEE FUL and AMAZING JOB..LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, suggestions and conerns... I found Bethany on Thumbtack about a year and a half before our wedding. We had already met with numerous other wedding planners, with one even being a close friend of ours. However, based on Bethany’s style, personality, business acumen, ethics, and pricing, we were immediately in awe and decided to hire her. Throughout the planning process, Bethany was responsive when we needed her and especially towards the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. She made sure to execute our vision for our wedding day, which was done on a tight budget (something my husband brought up nonstop, haha). In the end, everything went perfect and looked even better than we imagined! We had the best wedding day ever and couldn’t have pulled it off without Bethany and her assistant. She made sure that we had everything that we needed and wanted on our wedding day. Both the ceremony and reception went off without any hiccups and we were able to just relax and have fun. Izza and her team were the absolute fantastic to work with! My husband and I hired iMktg Services for full planning services, which entailed everything from monthly in-person check-ins, decorations, guest list, invitations and pretty much everything that you need at your big day. Izza was absolutely incredible at keeping us organized and helping us stick to our schedule. She immediately got to know us as a couple and was able to provide spot on recommendations and advice for all of the thousands of decisions that go into planning a modern christening. If you need a wedding planner, don't even bother looking further! She is one best event planner that will go beyond your expectations. (wink..wink she actually gives a lot of freebies on our event, items and services) What else could you ask for? oh wait, before I forgot, she is young, smart and has a good professional background. Too many to name it all.
I'm not even sure where to begin with how wonderful Lindsay was during our ENTIRE wedding planning process. She truly went above and beyond any expectations we could've had for a wedding planner! To start, she managed 100% of the communication with the vendors throughout the planning process. She attended every vendor meeting/consultation with me (that I asked her to, she left it up to me), she negotiated to make sure I paid fair prices for all services, and she worked with the vendors on all "day of" coordination, i.e. set up/take down, timing, expectations, etc. She helped me create a binder with all of my to do's to stay organized throughout the year. Wow! That, in my opinion, is going above and beyond. Lindsay is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to wedding and event planning. It's clear she's been in this industry for a long time. She has ideas and a perspective on many topics that I would never have thought of. She helps see things from different angles, yet always let me make the final call after having all of the needed info. Lindsay makes life SO easy for the bride, bridal party, and family on the big day. She coordinated all of the days events, who needed to be where and at what times, made sure the flower girl had candy to entice her to walk down the aisle, carried my train for me, and made sure that I didn't know about any of the "oopsies" that happened throughout the day. Last, and in my opinion, most importantly, I was able to connect with Lindsay. She was fun, lighthearted, and so enjoyable to work with. She knows what it's like to be a bride and what's important to us. I truly felt like she went out of her way often to make it all about me and make sure that I had the best time ever planning my wedding. I am so grateful for having Lindsay as my wedding planner, and cannot recommend her enough to future brides! Lindsay, you ROCK! :)
Hiring Shannon as our day of coordinator was quite possibly one of the best choices we made in planning our very DIY wedding. She is an incredibly professional and organized coordinator who went out of her way to make our day an absolute dream. She was so responsive during the planning process and helped us to think about details of our wedding we hadn't even considered. On the day of, she made our vision look easy. She made sure that everything went perfectly smooth and we did not have to worry about a thing. Even when we ran into a few small hiccups, like not having flower petals for the aisle delivered or running out of tables, she made it all work in such a way that we (and our guests) would never have known anything was missing. Shannon is incredible and worked so hard, but made the whole thing look effortless. She's a dream to work with and that's who you need on your wedding day.
Kristin and her assistant set up my wedding table decorations, and came back later to break down the tables and clean up the venue (we rented a state park building, so no staff.) Kristin was timely, polite, enthusiastic about helping to make our wedding a success, and she did a fantastic job. I would recommend her to anyone who's looking for help with their wedding!!
Sara helped with pre planning and day of planning for my daughter's wedding at the Shedd Aquarium and was beyond amazing. She was without a doubt the best money spent on the wedding. Prior to the wedding she made sure we were on time with vendor requirements, payments and a wedding checklist. She was at the rehearsal to make sure the entire bridal party and family knew what to do, where to go and when. The day of the wedding she organized all vendors so all we had to do was show up and enjoy the event. We had a last minute emergency of a missing bridal hanger for pictures of my daughters dress and Sara went out the day of the rehearsal and got one for us. She went above and beyond at every opportunity!!! Amazing!!!
Grace, from the moment Jordan and I met with her, was outgoing, incredibly helpful, and offered her support through every detail of the day of and the rehearsal. We hired her just a few weeks before the big day, and her help was invaluable. I consider myself a Type A, DIY-er, but you can't coordinate yourself walking down the aisle. Grace and her crew for Lionhearted Events were exactly what I needed. On the day of, you want to feel like a duck gracefully above water, and that's exactly what she and her two assistants provided. They handled every bit of decorating the ceremony and reception with all of my DIY-ed crafts, and it turned out more gorgeous than I ever could have imagined. She met with the florist to pick up flowers from the hotel we were staying in the night before and the night of the wedding when my florist decided to go against our original agreement and drop off at the venue. She offered to drop off hotel gift bags a few days before the wedding when my electric car was out of commission. She made us a plate of our cocktail hour food, knowing that photos would prevent us from enjoying our cocktail hour. More than simply moving pieces in place, Grace was unbelievably kind, supportive, and relaxed, which made me and my now husband enjoy every single second of our wedding. I feel like everyone says that their wedding day is so stressful because they want everything to be perfect, but I can honestly say that ours was perfect, and I wasn't stressed for a second of it because Grace kept us all in the loop, but communicated everything for us. She was invaluable, and if I can recommend any vendor from my wedding, she is the person I would pick as number 1 most important. Hire her. Your day will be amazing for more than just the fact that you are marrying the love of your life--all that time and work you put into planning will actually go the way you want it to, and you can remember every second of it thanks to her tireless effort and work and kindness.

Great Value and Trustwothy I was hesitant in the beginning coz of the money and my budget. Too many expenses.. From cake, DJ, floral, planners, favors, balloons, and all rental stuff. I just feel like my budget is too low, I'm glad I still give it a try and get multiple quotes to compare. I came across iMktg Events, their quote is somewhat high so I did ignore it at first coz I got 2 quotes already lower than her. But just instinct, I did open it just to read it through. I was so surprised that she pretty much quoted me for the prices for different vendors besides what service she provided. Please take note I did add on my inquiry my struggles with different vendor prices and coordination, I feel overwhelmed by too many.. iMktg Events does indeed offer everything. Anything you need in your party! floral, decorator, sweets, favors, invitations, rentals, DJ, balloons, vendor management, photo booth, and photography. Izza and her team are amazing. I saved at least 36% from all vendor quotes I got from the different company. Trust me that 36% is no joke. It's a lot of money plus I feel more relaxed thinking I don't have to communicate to any vendor and write multiple checks. As the day comes, my birthday and wedding, it was gorgeous! Everything is what I hoped for and dream for. This company made and my husband so happy. Btw, I hired them for my birthday celebration and wedding.

It was a pleasure working with Alana from All Luxurious Events. She guided us through a lot with our vision of a diy wedding with centerpieces to welcome gifts to favors. We contracted her as a day of coordinator but her services went beyond that! She was very helpful through the whole process and my husband and I could not be happier!!!
This review is LONG overdue... Where do I begin I met Chryel and her sister Megan at Chicagos Indie Wed, she had a beautiful tablescape and her area was covered in paper flowers. Its as if we were meant to team up together for our wedding, the chemistry between these sisters reminded me so much of my sister and I that I knew it was going to be great! When Aaron and I first met with the sisters, we had ideas for what we wanted and they were on point, they had everything we could have wanted in a planner, creative, insightful, super organized, affordale and of course patient! Chyrel designed all our wedding suite, we gave her an idea and she just lead with it, on the big day, Chryel, Megan and their staff were everywhere at once, making sure we never had to play host, it was so amazing to actually be able to enjoy this beautiful day that we had anticipated for so long. We even had a chance to enjoy our meal! I cant imagine, nor would I want to think of what our wedding day would have looked like without Lil Epic Events! Thanks Chyrel and Megan! -The Coopers

I came up with a different project for my daughter's birthday party, I wanted an unusual kid's party, where adults could enjoy while children could have entertainment and fun. So we planned the party details together and Citygirl team worked hard to get the details executed, and even came up with very nice ideas.
