- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Makeup prices depend upon time and type of service required. Full makeup applications are 75-100$/face/hour. Basic applications are 50$. Teaching makeup application techniques start at 35$ a person and go up to 50$ per person, per session lasting one hour to 90 minutes. Travel to locations past 30 miles or 30 minutes do get an additional transportation fee. For waxing and skin care services, clients will have to request a menu of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I want to know who she is, what her personality is, what her specific needs are and what she wants to look and feel like that day. I want to get to KNOW her so I can build a look around HER (or him). I believe in customizing the look and service for Her (or his) special event. I do a first complimentary trial as sort of an interview so the client can decide if he/she wants to work with me.

Every week. Online, in person at business meetings, and via subscriptions. Yearly seminars and workshops and the Chicago Makeup Show.
