- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique. So, pricing is dependent on the needs of each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through out the year, I read up on and research changes in accounting and tax rules. I also attend a tax law update seminar each year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Several years ago a friend of mine told me I had a strong aptitude for income tax preparation and suggested I pursue a career in it. So, I did. Later, I also completed a BA in accounting.
