Natalia has catered many events in my neighborhood, including large community socials, birthday parties for adults and kids and many holiday parties. She has a gift for detail, creating plates that are as beautiful as they are delicious. She is also very creative, drawing from her background in Middle Eastern and Caribbean/South American culinary traditions. Natalia is an exceptional chef and professional, always impeccable in her relationship with customers. I have found her to be reliable in quality and service. I highly recommend her and don't think you can find better quality catering in Madison!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I don't, pricing changes according to the menu. I will creat one at no cost or obligation to hire me fitting the clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to fine out the clients needs ( type of event, type of food, special requests, etc ) so I can preside to create a menu and quote it . We can go back and forward with the menu adding or removing items until the clients is 100% satisfied and fully understand everything that I'm going to be working on to make the event a success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a profesional chef / pastry chef went to school for both
