FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing of my photography service is a reflection of the quality, care, and time that I put into each image (No cookie cutting) and the experience that I provide for everyone I work with. Each service package that I provide is negotiable; I do so because people's needs and availability vary so I price my photography work in a way that all clients can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although a client can message me with details about what type of photography style they are looking for, I strive to have a free 30 minutes zoom session with them regardless. During this zoom session, the client has the opportunity to tell me more about their ideas, their expectations, planning, and ultimately anything they would like me to be aware of (that might make the session be a fun experience). Prior to the event or session, I reach out to the client to ensure that everyone understands the expectations. Once the event or session is completed, the clients get a chance to make final selections of the photography products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught creative professional. I spent the first year of my photography career working and volunteering with other photographers in the industry to help hone my skills. Additionally, my educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Exercise-Movement Science and Rehabilitation technician. My experience as a Rehabilitation technician gives some the unique perspective of observing people and interaction, both of which are important in creating a comfortable working atmosphere.
