Introduction: I am an over kill specialist. If something can be done better, it will. I have no problem having my employees take something down because it is not the way I want it. I can visualize the final result. So I know what will happen if one step is not done right. For every step that is not done perfect, the steps following have to compensate for it. Sometimes you have to do more to get more. Proper preparation is key for every step. I like the variety. Each project is different. Each customer is different. It is always exciting.

I have used Accurate Custom Creations' services for the last three years and have known Chad Corfits for eight years. My first project they installed new windows and new insulation and siding on the house. They provided such great customer service and quality of work that I hired them to repaint my four bedrooms, bath, office and kitchen. They were meticulous in the painting taking very good care of my woodwork. They also remodeled my bath installing a new vanity, toilet, ceramic tile floor, paint and medicine cabinet. I absolutely love it. I also used them to finish some home energy audit findings in my attic including flashing, insulation and sill sealing in the basement. They provided a very detailed and accurate estimate, issued change orders when we found new things to deal with in the siding of the house and always corrected any issues I found - in fact - Chad usually found the issues and fixed it himself. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I would highly recommend Accurate Custom Creations Services to anyone.

We had Joe from Accurate Custom work with us to quot a deck replacement and remodel. While we ultimately chose another quote from a different company, he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Kept telling me they would come and look at my roof. I waited almost 2 weeks. No one came.

We sincerely apologize Elizabeth. Unfortunately, it was the beginning of fall and nearing the end of the season for roofing contractors. All of the people we used were booked solid through the end of the year and we had a hard time getting call backs from them because they were so busy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not hire over the phone. Make sure you meet them face to face. Be leery of door-to-door contractors. These contractors set up shop until they canvas the area, then move to a new city. Warranty means nothing unless they are local. Ask for references and insurance. Many contractors claim to be fully insured. Check for yourself. Attitude is everything. If your contractor seems too stand-offish, there is a reason. Do they respect your home and family.
