There was a problem with my Dell laptop's fan. Justin looked at the issue and was happy to explain what he was doing every step of the way, which made me feel confident about the work being done even though I am not technical at all. I chose to go Justin's home but he did offer to come to my house, and he was extremely flexible with time. Overall: professional, helpful, I left satisfied and the price was excellent. Would definitely contact again in the future, and would recommend.

Justin troubleshot what was wrong with my computer and repaired it quickly. He is very knowledgeable in many computer programs.
