Introduction: We are sharing mindful movement practices to enhance quality of life. We challenge and inspire lasting change by providing customized Pilates training and lifelong tools for your personal aspirations. We have a full array of Pilates equipment, including the cadillac/trapeze, reformers, Pilates arc and the Wunda chair, and offer programs and classes for all abilities and ages. Private, duet and small group mat sessions are offered. We will evaluate your fitness level and help you establish realistic and attainable goals to guide you on your Pilates journey. In the tranquility of the studio, you will engage both mind and body to experience enhanced movement techniques.
