With nearly a decade of experience in marketing and communications, I have sound knowledge in developing domestic and international marketing plans, tradeshow strategy, social media management, internal communications, digital marketing, and CRM management. In my post recent position as Marketing Communications Manager, I was responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the firm's marketing communications plan that promotes and preserves the company brand. I managed all aspects of the firm's marketing and communication functions including: branding and corporate messaging, advertising, social media, public relations, external events and website marketing. In addition, I also oversaw the day-to-day operations of the marketing department and was the firm's media contact. A critical part of my role was to maintain positive relations with local press and media, as I managed all press releases and coordinated interviews with the executive team. I hold a degree in Organizational Communication with a concentration in Marketing, as well as an MBA, both from Kennesaw State University.
