Called up Ace to fix things around the house that I just didn't have time to do myself. He showed up on time, worked diligently on the various odd jobs and was very polite. He did such a great job that I scheduled him to come back again and take care of more things that have been on my honey-do list for quite some time. I have recommended Ace to friends and family and all who have used him have been very happy with his work.
Jason was very professional to walk me thru the process and flexible in scheduling with me. The results is a world of difference. The vents are so clean and the job was completed in a very timely manner.
I had a great experience with July 4th Landscapes. Reasonably priced, good work, very responsive. This company will be my first go-to for future work. I'm REALLY happy.
When Storm Guard appeared at my door asking to do a free roof inspection my gut reaction was to say no thanks and close the door. I then rethought this because I knew my roof was pretty old and in need of replacement within the next few years. I thought it couldn't hurt to have someone up there to see how bad of shape its in. After they inspected the roof they came down with pictures of visible hail damage. Nothing too severe but enough that they thought it was worth calling the insurance company. The insurance adjuster came out and also found wind damage. Given the age of the roof the insurance company was on the fence but in the end they covered the entire roof in full. Insurance only covers a like roof. I had the cheap 3-Tab before. So I could have replaced it for nothing if I stuck with the 3-Tab. Storm Guard had a good selection of roof options to choose from and it wasn't much to upgrade to the top of the line, asphalt, two tone, architectural shingle. They came out and got the job done in a day. The new roof looks amazing. I looked it over as much as I could and could not find a flaw with it. The only issue during the install was one of the gutters got a small ding in it during removal. I mentioned this and they came out and fixed it up right away. Even though you can't tell now, he said if I wasn't happy with it that they would replace the gutter. Storm Guard did an excellent job, were easy to work with, and I would easily recommend them to anyone else.
They showed up when they said they would and started working immediately filled a large trailer with junk pretty cheap. Once it was full I decided I could get the rest myself since I am getting my truck fixed this weekend...Didn't feel like it was very fair to them for me to have them get really dirty in my trash. So only by my request they didn't finish the job. They put a pretty huge dent in what would have taken me many trips to the dump .. It will only take one now. Definitely recommend them!
He did a great job with our door. We bought a slab door, the measurements weren't quite right, so it wouldn't close. Rick was able to solve the problem. He was really flexible with the time to meet and he was fair with the price. I would like to hire him again for other jobs.
They missed a few things dusting and a few spots on the kitchen floor in front of the refrigerator. I have done the same when cleaning my own house. Whenever I asked them to do something or to not forget something they reacted professionally . ! was surprised that they did not empty the waste baskets. I would have liked them to vacuum closer to the furniture and go under the things they could. I will explain this to them next time and I am sure it will all work out fine. The ladies really hustled and seem to work well as a team.
Peter was very nice to work with. Hired him for living room flooring work. he is very knowledgeable .We would highly recommend this company.
Pete did a great job installing our patio door. It looks great and he cleaned up after himself very well also.
Sweet Exteriors put a new roof on my house and it looks great. They were on site when they said they would be and completed the job on schedule. They were great to work with and I was impressed with their quality so I hired them to fix the siding on the front of my house and that turned out terrific as well. I chose them over others because they were qualified and really seemed to care. A great local company and I highly recommend Sweet Exteriors.
Hunter Home Solutions was an affordable, quick, and friendly service. I called and spoke with Dee who assured me sheâd take care of all of my needs. I was looking to get rid of an old recliner and some junk that had accumulated in my garage over the past few years. I was impressed that she was able to come out the next day to check out (and remove!) my pile o' junk. She and one helper showed up on time and loaded all of my junkâ¦the pile in the garage was about 8 feet wide by 10 feet high and included 3 old TVâs, a worthless snow blower, a kitchen table and some other miscellaneous odds and ends! The old recliner had to come down from the second floor and she and her helper had no problem maneuvering it down the steps and out the door. The entire experience couldn't have been a more perfect. I guarantee that I will be calling Dee again when I need her services.
Franklin put tile on our kitchen floor and trim. He did a very good job, highly recommend! He can do many things so we will definitely hire him again for door replacement and other projects. He works fast, not like the previous guy we hired. He is a very nice and honest guy, very reliable and easy to work with. He was always on time.
Great job replacing exterior lights! Blake was easy to communicate with, came on a Saturday as requested and was quick with the install. He even took the old lights and boxes to dispose of them, with my permission. I plan to contact this company if I need additional work. Very pleased!
I needed 4 doors hung in a basement reno I am completing on my own and I wanted them done correctly. Phil Connors was on time, communicative and did a good job hanging 4 pre-hung doors in the janky framing I put up. I will be bringing him back to do some custom shelf construction for a sit on top sink in a bathroom. He prefers not use telephone communication; he texts or emails, however, he responds to email quickly, within 24 hours. I would recommend Phil for your next carpentry project
What started as a phone consultation was followed up with a warm smile and hand shake that was elevated a bit from ordinary. Soon after the EXTRA - ordinary began. Unlike other contractors I had considered, Lucas took plenty of time to climb into the attic and completely physically inspect it all and found details others missed. He climbed down and provided a detailed explanation, along with pictures of the present situation and then proposed work. This phase included answering my questions fully, carefully and politely before he left. A written proposal based on all of the currently known information promptly followed in 48 hrs. Lucas returned with a hand delivered, modified proposal after completing another professional assessment of the soffit vents that couldn’t be done due to a thunderstorm on the first call. During that additional visit I inquired about a porch roof repair. Within an hour, Lucas secured another onsite assessment and work crew from an associate company (because the Zeier's crews were tied up) to take care of that on one day the following week. On the day of my insulation work, again Lucas showed up working actively alongside his own crew to cut the project completion time in half. Every step of the way the crew explained what they were doing and showed me the details, including a visit to the attic. During the soffit venting part of the work, Lucas identified a small section of rotting fascia. To address that issue the following spring, who did I call? Well, once again Lucas personally set into motion another division of Zeier's to inspect, explain, propose, and repair. During that repair, on its own, the crew noted the preventative need for and provided additional caulking on roof vents. They re-adjusting a greatly oversized picture window in its frame and provided a gutter downspout extension. None of the EXTRAs had anything to do with the original work. Of his own initiative, Lucas again showed up the day of the work to check in for a personal hello and to be sure I had no additional questions or concerns. I may need a roof next year says the crystal ball. Because of my introduction to Zeier’s through Lucas, my previous EXTRA - ordinary experiences with him and the company, my contract will be signed with Zeier’s. Long story to say this: Professional, knowledgeable, thorough. Demonstrating confidence and competence and personable to be sure, Lucas is a caring contractor, eager to please certainly but also by providing his highest standards of quality and perfection, with affordability to each and every job. He goes well above and beyond with networking and always offers EXTRA - ordinary service and superior workmanship.
