- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different as well as each client and their needs. We can estimate a cost once we know the specific details of the client and project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We meet with each client and discuss the overall scope of the project. We discuss the goal for your website, the content. We use creative brief to streamline the process. 2)We present the client with a unique website design that represents the company and the brand. There is an opportunity to make revisions to the design and after it's finalized, we move to the development stage. 3)Once the layout(s) have been approved, we build a fullly responsive website with all the elements requested by the client. We test the site on all platforms to assure ultimate user experience. 4)We monitor your site's performance and make further improvements to assure that the optimum SEO has been implemented. We continuously improve the site to achieve the top Google ranking.

We do offer WordPress instruction and refresher courses.
