We charge by the hour and currently are running a 40% off promotion bring the rate to $65.40 per hour for the first 2 hours and $59.40 per hour for any remaining work. 1 1/2 hour minimum. With an hourly rate all considerations are taken into account such room size, furniture moving, pre-vacuuming and soiling conditions. Usually with a few details we can give you a ball park estimate on your project. ( pet stains will charge extra and the charges are dependent on the severity. )
