Overall good experience - I would give it a 4.5, but Thumbtack does not allow half stars. Just some minor things that could have gone better - 1. Appointment was at 9, but arrived at 9:30 due to unexpected traffic. I wish I had gotten a text update though. 2. I wish I was left with drying instructions - it was my first time getting the carpet cleaned like that. Nothing really major, I understand things happen - Jason was very supportive and nice and you can tell he cares about what he does. The next day when my carpet was still damp and I called in, Jason returned my call within 30 minutes and left helpful instructions on how to get the carpet to dry faster. Will definitely use again next time I need carpet cleaning - probably next year :)
