- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Center is an approved-provider for most insurance plans. Our counseling agency is also an approved mental-health provider for Medicaid and Medicare insurance plans. Our Intake-Coordinator will help you to determine coverage during your initial phone call. We work with un-insured clients in designing customized payment plans. The Samaritan Counseling Center of the Fox Valley may be able to adjust fees, as funds are available, for those who cannot afford standard rates. We make every effort, through our own Samaritan fund to help subsidize these costs. Project Open Door provides mental health services for children and teens who need financial asstance to afford counseling. Many of these children find closed doors when they need mental health services. As a result, they may struggle to open the door to a better future. Each 45-minute professional counseling session costs $20 or less. Children and teens may qualify for free services based on a familys income and insurance.

We offer Clergy Services As a clergyperson or church staff member, you face plenty of practical, emotional and spiritual challenges. You can equip yourself to lead your congregation through those challenges with help from our clergy renewal and support services: Also Drug & Alcohol Treatment Programs and Outpatient Counseling Programs for ndividuals, Couples and Families We offer out-patient counseling in three locations: Fox Cities, Oshkosh, and New London. Outpatient counseling is an important focus for our work, helping adults, teens and children deal with depression, anxiety, grief, adjustments, and other struggles. Children Nearly 30% of our caseload is made up of children and their families. We are committed to promote healthy psychological growth and healing for all children who come for our help.
