Printer and Copier Repair

Outstanding Service!!! I was so panicked after my printer died, I got on the Internet looking for a local printer repair service. I contacted Shazham, then Pro-Service--never heard from them!!! I waited for two days then got back onto the Internet looking for another service and I noticed J-Tek had addressed me specifically by name and if I needed help to contact them. WHAT A BLESSING THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN!!! JEREMY SHOWED UP, FIXED MY PRINTER AND ALSO MY SLUGGISH COMPUTER!!! He noticed the computer was very sluggish and I was worried about it because I saw dust from the back panel and that is not a good sign for fans. He cleaned it up and it now runs faster & is quiet. My printer has been restored and I am so very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and positive attitude. I highly recommend J-Tek Computer Services as your "Go-To" computer repair service.     I offer free diagnostics for all computer repair services and I also offer a 24-hour turnaround on all computer repair unless parts have to be ordered. I am very fair and reasonable with my prices because reputation and word-of-mouth to me is more important to me than overcharging customers!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I prefer that every customer who has computer issues reach out to me by calling me directly anytime day or night to discuss the issues that they are having.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    30 years of computer repair experience!! There's not a computer out there that I cannot fix whether it be PC's or Macs, desktops and laptops and all computer hardware and software!
