I hired James after speaking with several property management companies. His approach was one of working together as a team and being transparent. He took on a complicated job with my rental as it was a potentially total commercial, potentially commercial and residential or just residential with the commercial portion being retained by me. We had several meetings over 4 months to strategize what would be the best change to bring great candidates to the rental. In the end a residential alone seemed to be the best option. Recently a few expressed interest but were in search of a pet friendly home, which was another unfortunate road block for James. Having to replace carpeting along with other issues was a reason to keep the rental pet free. Durante and Rich utilitize numerous free resources as well as the MLS to advertise your property. After consulting with James, I utilized free resourses as well, sending the leads to him for potential appointments and interviews. It was this teamwork that was greatly appreciated. Communication at times was delayed, but overall this has been a positive experience working with James.
I started my search for a central air conditioning unit for our manufactured home and happened upon Top Brass Mechanical. I was blessed to be able to speak with Victor, the owner about my needs. We made it a very easy quote process and to save on gas I took pictures of the items that Victor needed for the quote and he was able to see it in his office without having to spend $4.00 a gallon to travel 45 minutes to my house. We have been in contact every day finalizing the installation day and time. I'm actually excited about having my central air conditioning installed. Not only will it help me breath better (I have Cystic Fibrosis), I honestly can't wait to meet Victor. He has a passion for this business, a great sense of humor and most of all he cares about his customers. I haven't found customer service like this in a very long time and Victor has restored my faith in hiring contractors. In my opinion, you would have to be crazy not to hire Victor for your Heating and Cooling needs.
