I have been working with Jai for 4 weeks now- love how he operates his personal training, in person as well as online work. Personally, it really keeps me motivated and I enjoy checking off daily things I have accomplished! So far with this process it has helped me wake up earlier(and enjoy the morning) with journaling, walking or a work out and making myself breakfast. I have much more energy. Love working out with Jai- he’s very knowledgeable and motivating. I appreciate that he has you purchase your own workout equipment to use for each session and workouts you do at home. Makes me feel more confident when working out at home. I am down 7lbs and multiple inches👏👏 I feel and look less bloated! Would definitely recommend Jai for anyone looking to change their lifestyle.

This program was one of the best I’ve been apart of based on my previous training experiences. Jai is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics, nutrition and overall wellness and my results reflected this knowledge. This program includes other components that most trainers don’t incorporate which makes it a great investment for your overall health. Even during the tough and stressful times where I would normally quit or sabotage my way out of my fitness goals, this program helped me to push past it and achieve my desired outcome. Well worth it!

I never wanted to set a limit on how much weight I wanted to lose. My goal was just to be as healthy as I can be for the rest of my life. I wanted to be healthy so that I could do the things that I love to do. Some things I enjoy doing are hiking, biking and scuba diving.  I never wanted my health or weight to interfere with something I wanted to do. I've had a personal trainers before and they worked, but it was always something lacking. Once I would lose the weight, I would eventually start slacking off and gain the weight back. I needed  a program that I could stick with and do for the rest of my life. My mindset and life changed when I met Jai. He created an individualized program for me that places emphasis on balanced nutrition. He also created a workout for me that I can do at home. I feel like it's not so much of a burden for me to workout anymore.  I appreciate Jai so much because not onlyvis he encouraging, but he is very knowledgeable. Jai has recommended supplements that help with digestion as well as inflammation for me and I take them faithfully. I've lost a total of 14.5 inches under Jai's guidance and coaching, I'm so excited to see what else I can accomplish with him.

Once you mastered the fundamentals of balancing nutrition and right supplementation, daily accountability and feedback has taken you to a whole new level in your transformation journey! I have worked with so many clients who have worked with trainers who simply could not deliver. I am BIG on continuing education which is why I run circles around your local personal trainers and nutritionist. This 1st 6 months has been awesome! I plan on the next 6 months producing similar, if not better results!

Jai is extremely knowledgeable and approachable 24/7. He genuinely cares about my physical transformation and overall health. For the past months that I've worked with Jai, I could see that he really puts his time to analyze my body type and come up with a different workout plan each day that suits my body type. I used to suffer from poor quality of sleep. Since sleep is critical in building muscle (not to mention overall health), Jai really tried hard to help me sleep, and after trying out different things, my quality of sleep improved tremendously. As a 30 year old male who has never trained before and always been lazy when it comes to exercise, the sessions with Jai inspired me to hit the gym consistently even during my off-session days with him. I really enjoy working with Jai. I am noticing some changes already that really motivates me to be consistent and work harder.
