Mark is the best, he came on time as scheduled, he alone cleaned up our 2 bathrooms which were so dirty before, he made them look like new, I strongly recommend Moore’s cleaning services to all who are looking for a cleaning service.

My husband and I have been debating whether or not to get a cleaner for our home since we had a number of issues with our previous service. Due to my chronic illness/pain, it got to the point where we couldn't put it off any longer. Instead of hiring through a company whose cleaners may not have much of an incentive to do an exceptional job, we decided to hire an individual or small business so we could talk directly to and directly pay the person who was cleaning our house. After considering several options on Thumbtack, I chose Mark based on his price, responsiveness, ability to be flexible, and commitment to COVID safety practices. And I'm so glad I did! After several years of always feeling like our house was not quite clean, coming home to a place that was spotless was an amazing feeling. I would describe in detail what Mark did, but one word will suffice: everything. Imagine every surface in your home scrubbed, dusted, wiped, mopped, cleaned. There wasn't an area he or his assistant, Marie, skimped on. We went through the home before he started, making expectations clear, and when they were finished, Mark and Marie had exceeded all expectations. Beyond the great service, the price is exceptionally reasonable for the time and attention to detail. I wish I had gone with Mark (or another individual/small business) when I first hired a cleaner as you definitely get a better clean and get a better price. You won't go wrong hiring Mark if you want a spotless home for an affordable price.

Mark did fantastic work cleaning my house prior to showing and staging and graciously fit me in on a short turnaround timeline. He was very responsive and attended to every area of focus we discussed. He was very friendly, professional and thorough and it was an incredible value! It took less time than he anticipated, so he even charged less than quoted. I’ll be hiring Mark with Moon’s cleaning again in the future.
