- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a series of questions I use in our first meeting to pin down exactly what the goal and scope of the project is and what is required to achieve a successful outcome. I listen attentively to what the client is looking for and what the expectations are. I outline the steps involved to complete the project and come to an agreement on a time schedule and deadline. I require a signed contract to begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Digital Studio Practice from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. I am continually attending workshops and online tutorials to stay current in an ever changing design world. In addition to my graphic design education and experience, I have an extensive background in imaging, prepress, printing, training and retail.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Businesses, Non Profit Organizations, Print Brokers (B2B), a Cookbook Publisher, and a Wedding Couple to name a few.
