I hired Amir in March 2018, and it’s been nothing short of a pleasure. When I tell you this man is a professional, who works hard, and takes pride in his work it’s true. Also my favorite part is that he is truly a team player. As a woman, he allowed me to be a part of this entire process which I truly appreciate and he taught me a lot of things and took the time out to sometimes break things down to a “regular” persons understanding if you don’t know a lot of architectural services. My building was not zoned for the intended purpose of what I needed it to be, and he went above and beyond to help me breathe life into a long vacant & vandalized property. He didn’t just come out take measurements, work behind the scenes and invoice me. He truly and genuinely asked and wanted my Input, reviews, and opinions on everything and he also challenged me with regards to offering suggestions that other customers have done that helped their case as they went in front of Milwaukee Board of Zoning Appeals (BOZA). He truly balanced out his personal home/family and work life to make this process smooth and successful. He made phone calls and did Everything to make sure that what he submitted was up to the proper codes, and went went went up for occupancy we did not have ONE OBJECTION from the entire board! My experience hiring Amir was worth every penny. I without a doubt would hire him again. In fact, I’m not sure if I hired another architect in the future that they could deliver to this level because Amir truly set the bar high. Thanks Amir!
