I started working with Andie back in October of 2012. Then I was 40lbs overweight and completely out of shape. I had never been to a personal trainer before, and I can tell you at first I was terrified. However, once I met Andie she totally put me at ease and totally changed my perception on personal trainers. Andie cares about her clients and pushes you to be the best YOU possible. I'm now down 35lbs, almost to my goal weight, and have toned up all over. People I haven't seen in months have been complimenting me and asking how I was able to lose so much weight and tone up, and my answer is always Andie! Without her I'd probably be lost in some mainstream gym with no clue as to what I was doing. I contacted Jill about hiring an in home personal trainer for my 75 year old mother after she had achilles surgery and was done with physical therapy but still unable to function comfortably in everyday life. My mom has been training with Nicki for a few months (she told me in the beginning she was just going to do "a few sessions") and has improved wonderfully. My mother likes to say she "gave up a cruise" to train with Nicki, but she insists it is totally worth it! My mother is not an easy one to please, and was a hard sell for training in the first place. I decided to work with Jai because I had a strong desire to increase my level of fitness and step up my weight training. Jai has been instrumental in motivating me in the gym. I not only learned proper form and technique, he taught me foundational body exercises and the importance of dynamic warm ups and stretches after your workout. I always had the perception exercise had to be grueling or like a bootcamp style to see results. However, Nate knows the exact amount of exertion to see massive results without injury/pain/stress to the body. Inspired Fitness LLC fit my budget and is in a convienent location. When meeting with Angie during the consultation I felt comfortable and well informed so I decided to begin my fitness journey with Inspired Fitness LLC. I workout twice a week. Angie is great with changing up the routines so you're never doing the same thing everyday. The gym is very private and clean. I would recommend Training with Angie!
Matt Walters is an awesome trainer, He knows what he's talking about with training each time he gives me a good workout but not where I'm hurting for the next week like some trainers have done. I have worked with Jason for a long time and have always enjoyed my time with him at the gym. I am not a gym lover and without having him there waiting to meet me I know I would not push myself as hard as I could while strength training. He helps to keep me accountable to myself and my health. He has helped me work through injuries, continue to improve my strength and he is fun to talk with (which frankly makes pull-ups a lot more enjoyable). Jason is a great trainer!
Joe was my personal trainer for over a year and I was very satisfied with the quality of training he provided. My program included a warm-up, progressive power-lifting, metabolic conditioning, and stretching. The exercises were fun, challenging, and at times quirky. No two workouts were ever the same. Joe adapted and modified the program around my needs instead of trying to plug me into some preset routine. I learned that a person does not have to spend two hours in the gym every day in order to see results. With Joes guidance and encouragement, I was able to accomplish things I never thought possible. Joe really listens to and cares about his clients. He demonstrates a willingness to research, explain, and physically demonstrate each technique. He is not afraid to pull in movement from many types of disciplines. This keeps the workouts fresh and interesting as well as efficient and effective. Joe emphasizes life balance (eating, sleeping, exercising, etc). He practices what he preaches. He is very knowledgeable, is willing to continue learning, and has a great personality. I would highly recommend hiring Joe as your trainer.
Great enthusiasm, expertise, empathy and eccouragement. Ryan has helped me achieve results that have been elusive for me before beginning training with him. In 2015, I lost 10% body fat, normalized my blood pressure and cholesterol and have gained noticably in strength and stamina. I couldn't have done this without Ryan's help.
The training was great. Aaron is very knowledgeable and will help you achieve a variety of personal goals. He has the right equipment and makes you feel comfortable and right at home. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been an athlete, an exercise enthusiast, and a certified personal trainer; mainly for my own good since I can remember. My goal when I was 11 years old was to play in the WNBA (can be confirmed with Allison Ceille; she has a napkin with our bet). While I wasn't tall enough nor did I have the best offensive skills, I had the drive. That drive carried me through collegiate rugby and in still in my cross fit today. What I realized is that while I may never reach that goal of being a professional athlete, my passion is helping other people find what they love. As a recruiter, I get to do this for others professionally. I believe that the whole person needs to find a balance and feel comfortable. For many, that might mean losing weight, getting in better shape, or just being able to find a way to eat healthier. Whatever it is, I can and want to help. I want to share my passion, drive and energy for fitness and health with others. I offer personalized training, coaching and assistance with eating/supplement health.
