Benjamin did an excellent job for us! He took down a wall, removed our kitchen cabinets, and relocated the hook-ups for our washer/dryer. We really appreciate his good work and will definitely use him again.
I was very pleased with Gilbert’s interior painting of my home. Gilbert is a tireless worker. He did a quality job at a reasonable price. He works well with the client to get the results the client is looking for. Thanks to his talents, he put in some extra time which resulted in improving the appearance of the home and thus adding to its value. It was a job well done.
I hired Amel after seeing all of the great reviews on this website. He answered all of my messages right away and was able to come out the next day to give me an estimated cost of what our project would be. While he was here for our bathroom estimate, I walked him through the house to look at other rooms that we plan on painting in the future and he was able to give me ideas and approximate costs for everything. Amel and his wife are very punctual, professional, and just very nice. They were able to fit my project into their schedule for the week after our estimate appointment. My house is crazy with 3 small kids, a dog, and 3 cats. They had no problem setting up and working in the chaos, and answering my 4 year old's many questions. They completed our project in 2 days- hallway, foyer, bathroom walls/ceiling, trim, took our vanity from stained oak to painted white, wainscotting, and the door!! Amel filled all of the holes/blemishes in the walls, took all of the cabinet doors off, and all other prep work. They showed up early, and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to working with them in the future. We are happy to support their business.
Walt made open shelf cabinets, hung 20 shelves, and installed beadboard for my office. He was quick to reply to all communications, professional and always on time. We made a few adjustments to the projects and he was very accommodating and willing to change things. Overall a great job at a reasonable rate, with the work done by a super friendly guy. I would definitely recommend him.
Josh answered quickly and came the very same day to look at the repairs to be done. The next day everything was done and well done! I've been very pleased to work with Josh: fast, good worker and good price! And despite the very cold weather he stayed a bit longer to also fix and adjust our garage door. A crack! I'm not attaching picture because the painting is still pending (too cold to paint outside). Won't hesitate to call him again in the future when needed
Drywall and Mold Removal Was in the process of selling our house. The real estate agent noticed we had mold growing under the kitchen sink/cabinet, which I never knew. We contacted SteamaticWI which was recommended because they had experience removing mold. The assessor found mold in the basement rafters underneath the kitchen sink area as well, which had to be removed before the home inspection. The crew came in on a Saturday and removed all the kitchen cabinet mold and replaced the wood in the basement.Initially I was worried because the inspection was on Monday. They did not up-charge me for the emergency service and gave me a warranty to pass to the buyer. I really appreciate the quick response and service we received without being charged too much. I was asked to review Steamatic from their office support. I would recommend Steamatic to anyone in need of home improvement services. M Palmer-Milwaukee
Pat did a great job painting my bathroom. His attention to detail was appreciated! He was dependable and on time. He even picked up the supplies I needed for the job! He did a great job cleaning up afterwards too! I definitely recommend him!
Tom was very efficient, careful with his work, cleaned up after the job. He was accommodating on scheduling the visits. He installed my ceiling fan, bathroom medicine cabinet, painted the walls and patched holes prior to painting. I recommend him highly.
Al is FANTASTIC!!! He put an IKEA cabinet together for me and installed a mailbox. I could not be any happier with his outstanding work and his excellent customer service. Five stars aren't high enough!!!!!
Installed a cabinet sink. Was able to remove the old faucet and reuse it. Easy to schedule work.
My stepmother was putting her house up for sale and needed some interior painting done. I was referred to Amazing Finishes through a friend and gave a call. My stepmother was given a very honest assessment. Hired them and was very pleased with the finished product. The attention to detail and cleanliness was exceptional. A+ experience.
My husband and I hired Pauletta after finding her business on Thumbtack. She responded to my request immediately with a quote (on a Sunday, no less) and came right over the next day to discuss the painting project. Pauletta painted three rooms in our house and the results were amazing. We cannot say enough about her professionalism, price and neatness with the work. She started and finished in a timely manner and we are absolutely thrilled with how the rooms turned out. I would recommend P & V's Interior Painting for anyone looking for a painter. We will definitely be using her services again!!!
Gary is an exceptional painter. I’ve had him paint the entire interior of my home now and have been completely satisfied with all of his work. Great value for excellent work.
Working with Steve was an amazing, POSITIVE contrast to previous contractors we've had in the house. We gave him a "test drive," by asking him to install a couple of windows. When we experienced his workmanship and dependability, we then contracted him to patch up the drywall and install the kitchen cabinets we had already ordered from another company. Dependable: Steve came when he said he would---or called when he was running late. He also went above and beyond what was "required" of him to do his job. We didn't have a car big enough to bring one of our windows home, so Steve picked it up for us, and brought it home! Quality of workmanship: His work was outstanding. Steve paid attention to big AND small details (leveling each of the cabinet doors!); carefully followed--or improved upon--the cabinet plans; touched up the paint that was scuffed when cabinets were installed; and cleaned up after himself every day. With the drywall, he took the time to go over it two or three times, until the new part was seamless with the old. With the window trim, he made a custom stain that beautifully coordinates the window trim to the cabinets, and gave me extra for our future use. Knowledgeable: He knows the code, and chooses to go beyond the minimum. He moved one of our windows, and told us the minimum header was eight inches. He chose to put in an ten inch header. When the rough work was done by the other contractors (plumber and electrician), he pointed out a couple of things that weren't up to code, and said we should be sure these details were done before the rough inspection. He helped me save thousands of dollars by walking me through how to be my own general contractor---at no cost to us. From time to time, Steve would even call me to see how things were progressing, and let me know the "next step," to keep things moving. He pointed out ways he could have saved me money on the cabinets, if I had ordered through him. We're hoping to do an addition on the house in a couple of years. When we do, we'll be calling this guy again. Thanks, Steve, for your outstanding workmanship! I LOVE our kitchen! :)
CertaPro has provided our interior and exterior home painting for over 15 years. In fact, when we built our retirement home in another state, CertaPro was our painter of choice. Their work is meticulous and the painters are friendly and very clean. We will never use another service. Thank you CertaPro!
I had the pleasure an fortune to chose Kitchens & More to remodel my 20 year old kitchen. I spent the better part of a year before choosing Kitchens & More. I went from builders grade to a true showcase Cabinet made in Wisconsin, U.S.A.! My background is in precision Machining, old school. 25 - 50 millionths of a inch at 72 degrees. My father was a Cabinet Maker for 60+ years who settled for nothing less then near perfect! James presented a plan that was well thought out and spot on. Everything is designed for a perfect flow from preparing, cooking, serving and even the clean up after a meal! If you're looking for your dream kitchen contact Kitchens & More. On a scale of 1 through 10 I would rate them 10+! Art and Fay Stienlei.
Michael came by and gave a free itemized estimate on several areas of my home, which allowed me to do the work as time and budget would allow. The estimates were very reasonable. We scheduled an appointment to first start on my powder room. He repaired drywall, painted, installed a toilet paper holder, towel ring and hung a mirror. He showed up on time and days after would call if he was running a few minutes late. We had broken our towel bar which left a hole in the wall. My husband had done a very poor patch job. Michael made it look like a hole had never existed. Michael suggested we go with a towel ring instead of a towel bar which was more appropriate for the size of the room. Great suggestion. He also removed a large mirror that had been glued to the wall. He carefully and neatly removed the mirror and immediately used his own vacuum to clean the little debris that remained. He then miraculously repaired the drywall. Prior to painting, he removed the exhaust cover and vacuumed the dust from the exhaust, removed the medicine cabinet and taped off the appropriate areas. He pays close attention to detail and is very neat. He made sure I had cleaned the exhaust cover and medicine cabinet before replacing them. A day or two later he painted the walls and ceiling. I was very indecisive about the paint color and chose a different finish than what Michael had recommended, which caused us to lose a day. Michael was very patient and did not charge me an additional fee. I should have listened to his expertise because his original recommendation was the right choice. The previous toilet paper holder had been drilled through tile on the wall. The new holder had different measurements and mounting system. He took his time and thought of a way to configure the new one so that it fit without ruining the existing tile. He also screwed in the new bronze outlet covers I purchased. One of the screws that came with the cover was too long. Michael took the screw from the original one and used a finishing marker to cover the head so that it matched the bronze. It this small attention to detail that impressed me. Michael took pride in everything he did, both large and small. He is very clean, detail oriented, educates you about the process and will exceed your expectations. I highly recommend Michael. You will not be disappointed.
I love my kitchen cabinets now. They did a great job and completed them right on time! The white really brightens the kitchen and gives my kitchen a whole new fresh look versus the old wood color.
