- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot inquiry questions because what is written as a problem isn't necessarily what the actual problem is. We have the novice who knows little to nothing about a pc. Then you have those who are semi - tech savvy. These are the ones who try to fix things on their own and know when to let the professional take over. This is the majority of where the requests come from, are these two groups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually began before training and certifications existed. Over twenty years ago.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
by accident.
