I started working with Andie back in October of 2012. Then I was 40lbs overweight and completely out of shape. I had never been to a personal trainer before, and I can tell you at first I was terrified. However, once I met Andie she totally put me at ease and totally changed my perception on personal trainers. Andie cares about her clients and pushes you to be the best YOU possible. I'm now down 35lbs, almost to my goal weight, and have toned up all over. People I haven't seen in months have been complimenting me and asking how I was able to lose so much weight and tone up, and my answer is always Andie! Without her I'd probably be lost in some mainstream gym with no clue as to what I was doing. Andie provides you with a reasonable meal plan, which will surprisingly become your normal lifestyle, and pushes you to your maximum potential on every visit. She is extremely knowledgeable in weight training and food portioning. Her system allows you to lose the inches and weight in a healthy way so that you're not starving or denying yourself of some guilty pleasures. Not only will you develop new habits, but you'll take care of yourself in a way you never thought possible. I can honestly say that working with Andie has changed my life in more ways than one and all for the better. your personal trainers are very well versed in what they do. they give you exercises that are just enough to push you past your personal limits. it's very nice to have them come to your house.
I cannot begin to describe how amazing seeing Jai has been for my health! I’m a active 32yr old female with an autoimmune disease. I have seen nutritonists, specialty doctors, personal trainers....you name it I’ve given it a try. I saw progress with each professional but each left me with either a new problem or with lifestyle changes that were not for me. With the nutritionist I had a super strict elimination diet...yes it worked but messed with my metabolism and left me with low energy. I saw a rheumatologist who put me on multiple medications....yes these worked but who wants to be on prescription drugs and again left me with low energy. Jai finally helped to pull every aspect of my life into a balance that is maintainable! Not just treating one aspect of my health but everything. I’m eating a ton of food, loosing weight/gaining muscle, my energy level is amazing, my mental clarity has improved drastically. I finally feel healthy. I’m actually off of my medications and most supplements (except for the basics - vitamin, fish oil, etc). Jai listens unlike any other trainer I’ve ever worked with. He finds your weak spots, pushes you and challenges you both mentally and physically. He helps push just enough to help promote change without stressing out your body and causing other issues. (Which I have found is the key when dealing with other health concerns....to much stress of any kind and you can end up with a severe flare up). Jai is always listening and constantly changing as your needs and sterengths change throughout the program. He is not a one size fits all trainer. My husband who had totally different goals and experiences saw Jai as well...he leaned out, built muscle, stopped living off of protein powders and supplements, he now has the tools to be more efficient in the gym and to lead an even healthier lifestyle. Jai is knowledgeable and is constantly expanding his educational background. He lives the lifestyle he preaches. Best investment I have ever made for my health and wellness! I cannot day enough good things about Coach Jai. If you show up mentally ready to listen and put in the work he will change how you look at nutrition and working out!
I am not one of Sam's clients, but another personal trainer who has been in the business for a decade. I have had the pleasure to watch Sam build up his business and have fun doing it. He always has a smile on his face and is great with his clients of all different ages. I have gotten good advice on exercise, technique and diet from Nate. As an older adult, I am very aware of my body's limitations. Many programs and trainers use a one size fits all approach which can be harmful to seniors. Nate works well with older adults and gets results while staying within our limitations.
Having Connor as my Personal Trainer I have been able to increase my strength 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲. With professional help from Connor I learned how to lift with perfect form, adjust my sets/reps for different results, how each muscle works and is affected by each workout, but most importantly how to push myself for best results. Connor was very flexible with scheduling and is very understanding if plans may shift. Connor is unbelievably friendly and truly wants to see all his clientele succeed in the overall goal of being the best you can be and see the best results. Connor is the best Personal Trainer I've ever had and his vast knowledge in strength and body fitness helped me learn so much more.

Dylan isn't the typical "personal trainer" who does his job to make money off of people and "wishes to see them succeed" but wants to keep them as clients for the money so badly that he makes them depend on him forever. Dylan is knowledgeable and uses his extraordinary techniques and incredible daily growing knowledge to set up all of his clients for success. He makes the clients independent and teaches them how to make the lifestyle changes they need to be successful in their goals for the rest of their life without needing a personal trainer for the rest of their life.
My boyfriend and I joined a couple of weeks ago. So far, everyone has been very professional and kind. I was a little nervous at first (because I can be self conscious while exercising) but our personal trainer, Tyler, has been very encouraging and made me feel comfortable. He challenges us to push ourselves, but always in a friendly and supportive way. I would highly recommend transform fitness to anyone who is trying to be the best version of themselves that they can be.
When most people write a review about a personal trainer they talk about how much weight they lost and that's it. This review of N oel Is different because I gained so much more. Did I lose weight? Yes. But am I as skinny as I want to be? No. . And that's my fault. What I have gained by having Noel as my personal trainer is this. 1. I am in shape.I no longer get winded climbimg steps. Due to some age issues with a member of My family carrying a wheelchair is no longer an issue. I can do more situps And pushups than I ever thought possible. My balance has improved tremendously. .I always hated doing balance exercises until I broke my ankle and leg recently. Only then did I realize how much Noels balance exercises really mattered. 2. Most of all I am off all medication. 6 years ago I had heart surgery and had to take metoproprolol. After work with Noel for several months My cardiac condition improved so much that no medication is required. 3. With Noel I gained a sense of self worth. If you are the fat chick like me (I am over 200 lbs) I'm sure you've run into trainers who do not want to work with you or hsve you in class. Because a fat chick slows down the rest of the class. I have NEVER gotten that feeling with Noel. She encourages you to do your best and tells you you aredoing well evenif You can do 1 burpee. 4.Noel pays attention and I mean really pays attention. When someone in her class needed a modification she works with that person one on one to develop an exercise that works for them. If your form is off she will make a point of reshowing you the exercise in the correct form. Afraid of something like I am with TRX? Noel does it with me encouraging me all the way and doing it at My speed. 5.classes are different every day and they aren't boring. Are they hard and challenging? You betcha! But the classes are geared to be a challenge to yourself and your ability whatever that is. I can honestly say I never know what the next class may bring. That's part of Noels unique technique. Never dull always changing always challenging. 6. Noel makes you WANT to work out. Obviously I can't work out Right now and I'm feeling bummed about it because I truly love Noels classes. I have already told my orthopedic Dr that I want Noel to help me rebuild My ankle and leg strength when things have healed. Noel TAKES the time o know each and every one of her clients. I really wanted to write this review for Noel because I truly believe in her ability. . So much so that if you have any questions you are free to contact me. Give Noel serious consideration. You won't be sorry!

Kristin Burud-Wood was professional in meeting our individual physical Fittness goals. Her training was challenging but the results were rewarding. She incorporated our total well-being as well as our limitations in adapting our workout routines. We found Kristin to be very well credentialed and experienced in her profession as a personal trainer.

Matt Walters is an awesome trainer, He knows what he's talking about with training each time he gives me a good workout but not where I'm hurting for the next week like some trainers have done. I trust his method,I'm seeing and feeling results. I'm so glad I found him,very professional and easy to talk to.I definitely recommend him to everyone and he's affordable.
Jason will listen to your goals and push you hard to meet them! He is a deeply knowledgeable trainer, and an excellent motivator. I've been working with Jason for a few years now, and he's always been on the lookout to keep me from plateauing. He is tough when he needs to be, and very understanding if your situation changes. For example, I had to have minor surgery a year ago, and Jason worked with me to ensure I did not stress my body, but rather stayed active while recovering. If you're ready to do the work, Jason can help you improve your diet, increase your strength, and improve your health!
Very professional and personable but always pushed me to do better and push harder during my workouts. Always had different and challenging workouts and had answers to every question I had. Very knowledgable. Would recommend him to anybody looking for a great personal trainer.
I sought out a personal trainer in my final semester of grad school as I began to notice studying took precedence over my fitness and overall health and was worried moving patients 8 hours a day as a physical therapist would become laborsome because I wasn’t in shape anymore. Ryan has been my online personal trainer from 7 hours away for the last 4 months. He has tailored workouts that fit my lifestyle to help burn fat, build muscle mass, and improve my overall strength, therefore making working full time as a physical therapist easier. Ryan makes himself available every day for texts or emails when I have questions regarding my workouts to make it as easy to understand as possible, checks in regularly to ensure I am progressing towards my goals, and is always there to celebrate success!
