Rick is a knowledgeable and outstanding computer technician, and has been very helpful in addressing issues that I've had with my computer. He has recommended programs and features that are far less taxing on my computer's memory and speed. My particular issues took about one day to address, and that may not be typical of all computers based on what issues are involved. Rick is a true professional, is courteous, and keeps the customer's needs in mind when performing his job.
