- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first appointment has a flat fee. Many problems can be addressed in a single appointment with followup email coaching. If the challenge is bigger or if the client prefers more guidance, I am happy to set up a schedule of assistance to fit the needs of everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I prefer to gather as much information ahead of time. That way the actual first appointment is for solving the problem rather than just gathering data.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in continuing education annually. My certification requires at least 36 credits every three years. I love going to seminars to network with others and to learn new techniques.
