- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nearly all of our service calls and installs are at a flat rate fee. We don’t have no hidden fees or scare tactics to get you to buy something you are not 100% sure about. If something we offer and you are interested in isn’t quite in the budget our company is able to offer financing at a good interest rate and proper terms. We also have annual specials on service calls and products found on our website. A few months ago we had given a free furnace away NO STRINGS ATTACHED!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company likes to create a bond with all of our customers to prove to them that we are the right contractor for them. All of our techs have been trained to not push the products we provide, but to show the customers why it is our honor to service there equipment every year and have the trust with each of them to know we will provide excellent service at a good rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our whole company is Lead and Asbestos certified and goes to multiple training classes every month on new and upcoming products in our industry. We all learn how to properly service and install all the types of systems we come across in the industry. The training for some techs may go on further depending on the type of work they want to be involved in most, such as proper duct sizing or air balancing classes. Other techs may want to specialize in refrigerants and indoor air quality products used in a range of properties from residential to industrial applications such as hospitals and nursing homes.
