CCW Training Class. Reviewed the laws and discussed many of the intricacies regarding the way the law is written. She is vary knowledgeable and seems to have a good understanding of the law. We also went to the range to cover and demonstrate safe firearm handling. Prior to receiving our CCW training certificate.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a basic Wisconsin CCL course (no range time), the fee is $40. I come to your facility (home, business, etc.) & we'll spend several hours going over what the DOJ requires you to know, as well as what you need to know to be physically & legally safe. Please have at least 5 people committed to attending. If you would like to work on the range (whether you're a new firearm owner, or have a quirk you want to work out), the fee is $20/hour (2-hour minimum, then by 15 minutes). I have access to an outdoor range near Menomonee Falls. There is a 50% discount for people who hold a restraining order (e.g. victims of domestic violence, stalking, harassment, assault).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We email &/or talk on the phone to see what the student is seeking and if I have the skills to help. We will set a mutually acceptable date, time, place for the class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NRA Pistol Instructor & Range Safety Officer Wisconsin Private Detective (including firearms training / permit) Former Utah CCL instructor Additional instructor training through the Red Cross (first aid & CPR), Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (boating safety), and US Coast Guard.
