Bo was very disrespectful from the start. He came to my house and said if I'm only price shopping he is very busy and doesn't need my business. He than had found out that I was very serious about needing a 450 foot fence for my dogs so we set up a second time for him to come out and I was called into work but my wife was home and she knew the whole layout of what we wanted. Bo said "no offense but nate is who I talked to on the phone I'll only go over it with him" I would maybe give this company another try with a different salesperson but my wife and I both felt extremely disrespected by boMay 28, 2018VerifiedNatalia R.'s reply

Bo submitted a response for siding installation on Thumbtack. When I called him to set-up a time for him to look at the job and provide a price he explained he was on a job and could not talk and asked me to call him back the next day. I called him back and he was VERY RUDE from the minute he answered his phone started berating me just for asking him to look at the project and provide a price. One of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with and I would not hire this person / company to do anything.May 11, 2016VerifiedNatalia R.'s reply
We value every customer and have enjoyed working on many home improvement projects with satisfied customers. Our crew is booked for siding through May. Mr Thomas needed a quote as soon as possible in a time frame we were not able to facilitate, which was explained to him. Although this was was told to him, he insisted to get an estimate. Just looking at a project and providing a price for something we cant do is a waste of Mr Thomas' and our time. Our service and commitment to customers is very important to us.
