Diversified Services has done an outstanding job refinishing my deck, pressure washing my house and driveway and cleaning the gutters. They are preparing to clean and paint my garage floor. In a narrow timeframe they were able to do work beyond my imagination. My home looks beautiful.

I had questions about a low rating which was addressed up front and directly. To prove his customer commitment Albert asked for no upfront fees and I did not have to pay if I was not satisfied. I was not looking to replace the fence, just wanted required repairs to maintain. He only did what was required to reduce my expenses. Currently hiring for an additional job.

This is my review about my first meeting with this pro. I had a great experience. Albert and his wife Michelle were so kind and helpful! They were very knowledgeable and ready to help me in anyway they could. I am a graduate student with hardly any money, and they were willing to work with me on the price and payment method. I cannot thank or recommend them enough! I will follow back up on another review regarding the before and after photos and project finish and quality. Overall so far - 10/10 :)

Extremely helpful with initial stabilization of fence damage before presenting project estimate, I wanted to minimize the expense of repair as we are moving and the house is already sold to a contractor who will flip it. I wanted to reclaim as many boards that were still usable, so from the estimate of 60 boards, I reclaimed 20 and only had to have 40 new boards across 3 fence sections. Overall I thought the value of the project labor was good and the obvious difference between the old boards and new boards is satisfactory from our perspective.
