- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently growing up the ladder in gaining certifications that are covered by NRA
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Very much by accident. In 2006 a cook walked off of a job where I was bar tending and the fish fry had to be finished. I was the only one in the building that knew how to cook in this small pub.....the rest is history.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A 3 day catering in 3 different rooms in an entertainment venue where the menu had 15-20 different items per day and all the menus were different for all 3 days. Yeah....that was a tough one.
