Nothing but a great experience with Organization Innovations! They were very considerate of the chaos going on in the rest of home, worked quickly and efficiently. Terri was wonderful. Arrived on time. She worked quickly, unpacked and organized my clothes beautifully. I would highly recommend her; she does not need direction, was a pleasure to have in our home, nothing was an issue, and BEST part was after she and her teammate organized everything; it was easy for me to find my cloths. Terri is great at her work. We chatted for a few minutes on the the first day and she got right at the work. Asked a few questions but she is totally a self starter. Terri was extremely helpful - I had recently moved and I had emptied things but did not have a home for them and couldn't visualize where to even start and was very overwhelmed. She arrived and got right to work and guided me. We were able to do my kitchen, office and bedroom in four hours - this would have taken me days by myself and I couldn't have done it well (and I had been putting it off for like two months due to being overwhelmed). Now I have been able to maintain the organization by following how she categorized things. Overall, highly recommend Terri and would hire her again! Thank you, Terri!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We do hourly increments, with a 3 hour minimum. It is $100 an hour for two organizers, and $75 an hour for one organizer.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically, there are 3 categories (keep, donate and trash). We go through the items together and the items that are kept are then organized so that everything has a place to be found and to put back.
