Introduction: I am a certified Master Trainer (NPTI); certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist and Nutrition Specialist. With 15 years of experience in this industry, I specialize in: Fat Loss plans; Strength & Conditioning Programs; Personal Training; and Total body transformations. I excel at teaching technique & foundational movement patterns, in addition to overcoming road blocks on custom Nutrition programs. All potential clients start with a discussion about their goals and specific needs; we then set up and conduct a movement screening to discover any musclular imbalances and current fitness level. At this point we then determine a plan or program to best meet your needs. What makes me stand out? I’m glad you asked! I do have great attention to detail, and prioritize proper form & technique to enhance performance and stay pain free with fitness workouts. In terms of nutrition… I excel at customizing a tailored plan to fit the client, rather than trying to force the client to fit a cookie cutter program. I’m great at troubleshooting and working through any barrier as well. My fitness programming includes a customized dynamic warm-up, to correct any mobility or flexibility issues in the pre-work, for all Strength & Conditioning clients. I specialize in foundational movement patterns, and excel in teaching any type of client (from new comers all the way to the most seasoned gym goers). I will create an individualized plan for each client and will not use a cooker cutter workout or program. I use progression in creative ways to keep training fresh; challenging; and effective! For nutrition planning, I like to make it fit well for the client, in terms of both adherence, and satisfaction. We will focus on healthy food, but definitely include space for snacks; splurge meals; eating out; and include many of your favorite foods! I always strive to put my clients in the best situations to succeed; grow; and get big results! (I train clients in their homes, or apartment gyms. I also rent space at various gyms in the greater Milwaukee area. Depending on time of day, I can be mobile. Waukesha, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Hales Corners, Muskego, New Berlin, West Allis, and Greenfield are my areas of primary service. I decided at 55 years old to get into the best shape of my life. I had been following a keto diet but not exercising at all so I wasn't seeing any improvement in my overall health. I decided to start working with a personal trainer for both nutrition and exercise help. That's when I found Patrick. I saw a Groupon for his services and signed up for 5 personal training sessions. Patrick was excellent with easing me into an exercise routine that I could handle. After working out for 2 months, I lost 15% body fat. After I felt comfortable with my workout routine I hired him to work with me on my nutrition. He gave me a customized nutrition plan based on my age, weight and goals. I started the plan the day after we met. It's been a month on Patrick's plan and I've lost 13% body fat already!! I love how easy this plan is to follow. I'm never hungry and I'm eating foods that keto never allowed! Patrick is a great trainer and coach....he will respond to any questions I have without fail and he knows what he's talking about! I recommend Patrick 100%!! I'm including a picture of my before and after results in the 5 months I've been working with Patrick.

I initially sought out a personal trainer because I wanted to improve my overall health. I had no idea how to exercise or eat healthy, and I wanted to learn. Patrick instantly made me feel comfortable and his foundation of "we learn technique so we can grow in overall strength" is amazing. It's not about numbers on a scale, but improvement, whatever that looks like, and it builds a mindset and foundation of positivity and growth!! He also ALWAYS asks permission before touching me in any way, and his demeanor is fun, uplifting, and encouraging! I feel beyond comfortable around him and about his constructive criticism; I have learned SOOO MUCH about how the body moves, why it's best to exercise in this and that particular way, and how to love myself my confidence and strength has grown, and I have Patrick to thank for that. Seriously invest in this guy. He makes everything accessible, and above all, he makes it PERSONAL. He understands me, my lifestyle, and what works best for me, and he remembers things I say, which shows he's listening. He invests in me as a person, and it feels like that moment in Lord of the Rings when everyone vows to support Frodo on what is basically a death mission he has my back one thousand percent, and is an amazing coach! It's not just positive feedback either- he provides constructive criticism and pushes me to my best potential, and then some, all at a healthy level. I cannot emphasize enough how much Patrick has seriously changed my life for the better.

I’ve been working out with Patrick for a month now and am already feeling and looking better! He makes revamping your nutrition easy and not stressful at all. He is always on time, and the workouts are never boring. If you’re one of those people who have never stuck with healthy nutrition before or feel overwhelmed working out or have tried to do it all on your own and it hasn’t worked (I’m all of the above), then Patrick is your guy! He is also always available for questions and has great Instagram content to follow along. He’s a trainer that provides encouragement and truly makes you feel like you can do this!

Patrick has given me what I need to continue on my own. At 50 years old now I was feeling achy, lethargic, and depressed. I’ve noticed a change in all of that with consistent exercise.

Been working with Patrick for about 8 months now he an excellent trainer.He motivates you gives great advice about food nutrition.He bulid an food plan that fix what u want your body to look like from muscle gain to weight loss.He pushes you to do your best. For me I see myself in an different place from when I first started. Stronger and able to do stuff I couldn't do first months. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer someone who make u want to get in the gym consistency and have fun doing it and get results
