John has been my personal trainer for over a year. He is an awesome trainer and here's why. He is always encouraging and very up beat. He understands when an exercise is too hard and always helps so that I can do it and feel positive about my work out. I am rarely so sore that I cannot function the next day. John pushes my to new limits every week. I really enjoy our time together!Dec 15, 2014
I worked with John Galarza as my personal trainer for a year, and I would love to continue to work with him (I moved). Workouts were very challenging and never boring! John is very personable and motivating - He can find workouts to fit your interests, avoid injury, play on your strengths, and improve weaknesses. I definitely worked harder with John than on my own and even with some other trainers. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.Nov 18, 2014
John did a fantastic job of being able to cater training to every individual he worked with, and identified areas that I needed to be pushed harder to really improve. Without John's help, I had very little motivation to push myself, and he worked that out of me in no time. I'd eagerly recommend John's services to anyone looking to better themselves.Jul 13, 2015
John is a great listener and is willing to customize a training plan based on my specific needs. He is a pleasure to work with.Dec 10, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? One reason I got into this line of work because I know first hand the expense. That being said all my clients come from different economic back rounds. So I work with potential new clients so that the investment into person training works for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always ask a new potential client to meet in a neutral environment to go over with their health and fitness goals are and to see and for you if I am the individual that they feel most comfortable to work with. If that is the case we move forward to a one-hour complimentary health and fitness assessment and from there we can decide what is an appropriate amount of time an amount of days in a week that we should work together. I personally have a facility in mequon a full-service gym where if a client decides to work with me in personal training there is no gym membership needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always improving my trade by increasing my knowledge through certifications. Continuing education, workshops, seminars, and I continue to attend health and fitness conferences throughout the United States. I completed my under gradate and graduate studies in Human Development & Business from Marquette University.
